Frontiers of Technology Law for Graduate Students credit:

Addresses legal frameworks and policies that govern emerging technologies (e.g., quantum export controls, fintech like blockchain) in novel or speculative tech. In additional to learning about the governing legal frameworks, students apply that knowledge to emerging technologies through case studies that are relevant to business, tech, and related industries by doing things like applying foresight tools, reviewing policy briefs, and preparing to advocate for adaptive regulations. Prerequisite: Restricted to graduate students in the College of Law.
