Introduces students to a wide variety of sport documentaries and, relatedly, scholarship concerned with: sport documentaries and their aesthetic practices and cultural meanings; the industrial and commercial dimensions of sport documentaries; the technologies shaping the production, distribution, and consumption of sport documentaries; and the relationship between sport documentaries and sport fandom.
