Design a justice-centered Capstone project that demonstrates applied leadership, critical inquiry, and strategic action in human service contexts. Building on SOCW 588 , students will identify a leadership challenge or opportunity, conduct systems and collaborator analyses, and craft an equity-driven project plan. Through structured guidance and peer feedback, students align their projects with social work ethics, measurable outcomes, and community impact across areas such as innovation, policy, workforce strategy, and organizational change. Prerequisite: SOCW 577 , 578 , 582 , 583 , 586 , 587 , 588 . ACCY 500 . BADM 509 , 589 . Restricted to Doctor of Social Work students or consent of instructor.
