In this culminating course, students bring their Capstone projects to life, translating theory into action and demonstrating leadership in practice. Building on SOCW 590 , students implement and adapt their plans, evaluate outcomes, and engage in critical reflection to advance justice-oriented systems change. The course concludes with a final presentation showcasing the project’s impact, leadership growth, and vision for sustaining transformative change in human service organizations and communities. Approved for S/U grading only. Prerequisite: SOCW 590 . Restricted to Doctor of Social Work students or consent of instructor.
