Building on skills from Acting 1, this course introduces acting techniques of spontaneity, play, embodied responsiveness, and the actor’s dramaturgy in scene study. Students engage in exercises to deepen their understanding of moment-to-moment partner work and apply text analysis to make active choices in their scene work. Prerequisite: THEA 170 .
