Deals with functions of the financial manager within the corporate setting. Topics include the Canadian financial environment, forms of business organizations and taxation, financial forecasting and planning, financial statement analysis, time value of money, capital budgeting under certainty, working capital management and short, intermediate and long term financing. Prerequisite(s): COMM 100-3, COMM 210-3, and ECON 205-3; STAT 240-3 may substitute for ECON 205-3
