Introduction to Business Law

This course provides an introduction to the general principles of law relating to contract and tort. Special contracts include: agency, assignment, bailment, employment guarantee, insurance, negotiable instruments, sale of goods, and contracts creating a security interest in goods. Some aspects of the law relating to real property, partnership, and corporations are discussed. Prerequisite(s): COMM 100-3
