This course gives students the conceptual tools and analytical skills to identify problems in an organization and design information systems that can solve these problems. The knowledge and skills that students receive can help them become useful designers and users of information technology and is suited to students looking to further careers in business analysis, management and IT consulting. This course is a continuation of COMM 360 and some initial work is similar to that class. However, in this course we focus on the information system as a solution to BPM issues.
