3 credits · Undergraduate

This experiential course provides students with the opportunity to apply core business competencies within a real-world, not-for- profit organization. Students actively contribute to the organization’s daily operations, collaborate with service providers, and ensure the delivery of client services is effective, efficient, and sustainable. In addition, students play a strategic role in shaping the operational agenda for future cohorts, gaining insight into how long-term organizational objectives are developed, evaluated, and refined. Through hands-on engagement, students support the not-for-profit in achieving sustainable impact and operational resilience. Prerequisite(s): 60 credit hours or permission of the Program Chair
