Summative Practicum

This course is a summative practicum that prepares teacher candidates to meet BC Teachers’ Council (BCTC) practicum requirements. During the university instruction and in-situ learning of this summative practicum, teacher candidates develop the necessary experience and knowledge to advance BC curriculum and pedagogical knowledge for learners. Teacher candidates demonstrate a thorough understanding and practice of ethics, standards, and teaching as a profession. This course is graded on a PASS/FAIL basis. Prerequisite(s): EDUC 490-(3, 4)
