Decolonizing Education: Indigenous Worldviews

This course introduces Indigenous worldviews and examines colonial histories and policies that have influenced education in Canada. Learners consider decolonizing and reconciliation-oriented leadership practices as well as how Indigenous perspectives can be meaningfully embedded within educational systems and organizational decision-making.
