Biotechnology and Life Sciences Law

This course introduces students to the main areas of the emerging practice of biotechnology and life sciences law. Topics to be covered include relevant intellectual property law, at a non-specialist level; how the business of biotechnology works; and some of the major ethical issues that lawyers and their clients confront.
