This course is designed to introduce first-year undergraduate BSPH nutrition students to the foundations of nutrition research. It provides an introduction to nutrition research topics, research methods, study design, research ethics, and the generation and development of research questions within the context of nutrition science. This course also covers aspects of professionalism in public health.
