Medication Administration and Prescribing for Pharmacists

The course includes completion of three certificate training programs. The practice-based curriculum educates students about professional opportunities for administration of vaccines and long-acting injectables, as well as pharmacist-prescribing of hormonal contraception for patients. The health care team approach fosters implementation of interventions that promote public health.
