Podcasting: New Narratives of the Hispanic World

This course offers a comprehensive exploration of the most influential non-fiction narrative podcasts produced in Latin America and Spain. Through these audio narratives, students engage with the cultural, historical, and societal landscapes of the Hispanic world. They learn the language of podcasting, master narrative structures, and understand the production process. They also conceptualize and produce their own narrative podcast episodes, using audio storytelling as a medium to share meaningful perspectives on Hispanic experiences, particularly within the context of the United States.
