Advanced Vietnamese I

This course follows Intermediate Vietnamese ( VIET 204 ) and will focus on popular modern (post-war) media, including short stories, poetry, news articles, websites, films, music, and television. Students will continue to build on all four skill areas - reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students will be expected to process and discuss readings and other media at an appropriate level and to write short narratives, essays, and reflections.
