Corporate Finance Theory
Intensive treatment is given to selected areas of finance including corporate governance, financing and firm valuation, capital structure, dividend policy, M&As, and restructuring of business firms.

Weekly hours: 3 Lecture hours Permission of the department required. Prerequisite(s): COMM 363.3 and COMM 367.3.
