NURS 836
Transition to Nurse Practitioner Clinical Practice
This course blends theory and practical lab experiences to prepare nurse practitioner students for their clinical residency. Students will integrate and apply NP clinical competencies in simulated lab environments, be introduced to procedural skills, enhance knowledge of emergency management and continue developing a professional NP role identity.

Restriction(s): Only open to MN-NP students. Prerequisite(s): NURS 833.3; NURS 830.3 Corequisite(s): NURS 835.3 Note: Students with credit for NURS 875 will not receive credit for this course.
