Leadership and Transformation

Presents three distinct but interrelated topics: introduces students to the concepts of leadership, governance and transformation; analyzes and synthesizes theories about leadership and change; and introduces interaction between governments and society. Students identify how a shift in behaviour or practice within a complex system/organization/community can produce significant changes/transformation in it, with examples from national and international contexts.
