Examines the principles and practices of building effective, sustainable and value-driven community organizations. Explores key areas of organizational design and development such as fundraising, financial management, human resource management and strategic planning within the community sector. Emphasis is placed on aligning mission with operational functions to foster resilience, relational accountability and sustainability.
