Examines the socio-political dynamics of the Global South and provides a comparative analysis of these dynamics between the Global North and Global South. Topics may include civil society and democracy, party politics in the Global South, nationalism, corruption, political agency, the dynamics of political repression, state violence against its citizens, social movements and police brutality.
