P-Advanced Palliative Care

Intensive four week experience in palliative care in inpatient and outpatient settings. Students work in interdisciplinary teams to treat and communicate with seriously ill patients and their families to make decisions regarding care. Includes exposure to hospice care. Prerequisite: Required Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Clerkship(s) Offered: AWSpS.
