Chicano Film and Narrative

Provides an historical overview of the evolution of Chicano culture through film. Critically examines the portrayal and self-portrayal of Chicanos in film and selected works of narrative. Prerequisite: either SPAN 310, SPAN 311, SPAN 314, SPAN 315, SPAN 316, or SPAN 330, any of which may be taken concurrently.
